Do you have physical access to be able to receive and verify a 6 Digit PIN Code through SMS or Voice Call per every number migrated?

You can verify this by checking to see if you can access the WABA through your Facebook business manager by going to your Facebook Business Manager >> Business Settings >> Accounts >> WhatsApp accounts. If you have access, please select "Yes"
