Following new developments in the American and Canadian markets, all toll-free messaging services in the U.S. and Canada must complete a mandatory compliance verification process. If you have U.S. or Canadian toll-free numbers that are in use and unverified will need to complete verification prior to September 30, 2022.
In order for MessageBird to meet this deadline on behalf of our customers, we’re asking that you please submit your details to us as soon as possible.
What do you need to do?
To avoid future interruptions in your services, follow these simple steps:
- Fill in the Use Case Verification Form or if you need to verify multiple toll-free numbers and use cases at once, please use the CSV form.
- Submit a ticket to our Support Team with the Use Case Verification or CSV Form attached.
- We will keep you posted about the progress.
This compliance verification process ensures that the services running on toll-free numbers comply with industry and carrier policies and best practices. It also provides MessageBird with relevant service information to reduce the likelihood of false-positive filtering, and wrongful SPAM blocks.
