Each WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) ideally represents a different business unit. In case your business has multiple WABAs, you can connect them all to a single workspace with Messagebird, depending on your current plan (more info here).
In the case of FlowBuilder, there are certain things you should have in mind if you connect multiple WABA's to your Workspace. Will cover them in this article.

The same goes if you want to send WhatsApp templates and product messages. You will be able to see and use templates and product messages only from one WABA per Flow:
