Each WABA should ideally represent a different business. If your business has multiple business units, you can have multiple WABA's connected to your workspace, depending on your current plan.

Please note, one WhatsApp Manager or WABA, can host up to 5 phone numbers if you are in the Free Plan and up to 120 different phone numbers if you have a Custom Professional Plan

• Is there a limit on WABA accounts I can connect to a workspace?

There is no limit if you are in a Custom Professional Plan or if your account is managed by an Account Manager.

• Will my templates be available for all my WABA’s?

This is not possible, since templates are scoped to the WABA ID directly by WhatsApp / Meta, this means that if a template is created in WABA A, it cannot be used by WABA B.

• How do I view the templates I have in my other WABA’s?

You will find a dropdown menu in the upper right of the Template Manager view.
