WhatsApp Business API now allows WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) phone numbers to switch between service providers. Please keep in mind, this process must be initiated by your new Business Service Provider.
Before starting the process, here are some important things to do:
1. Please don't delete your channel just yet, as you will need this for the next step.
2. Make sure to disable two-factor authentication for the phone numbers you're migrating, you can do this by clearing the "Two-factor verification PIN" field in your channel details:
3. After this is done, you can click the "Save" button. Please allow 10 minutes for this change to be replicated.
That's it! You are ready to request the phone number migration to your new BSP.
