If you are experiencing issues during your Instagram channel installation, there are a few things that can cause this:
- Your Instagram account must be associated with a Facebook page. If you did not link your Instagram account to a Facebook page, you will not be able to install the channel successfully. Please visit this page to see how you can connect the Facebook page to your business account.
- The user who is installing the account must have admin or moderator rights for the Facebook page that is getting added. If you do not have this access, you will not be able to complete the installation process.
- Unfortunately not all accounts are accepted by Instagram at this stage in the release. We encourage everyone to apply; if your application was not approved at this time we will be reaching out to customers as Instagram expands access.
