If you're an Inbox owner or admin, you might want to hide tags from agents if those tags are no longer in use. To hide tags from agents, follow these steps:
- Log in to Inbox and navigate to Settings > Tags. All of your workspace tags will be displayed.
- Uncheck the box next to the tag that you want to hide from your agents.
- That's it, your tag is now hidden! Your changes will be saved automatically, and the tag you've hidden will no longer be visible in the tags dropdown on tickets.
Can I delete a tag?
It is not currently possible to delete tags. If you don't want your agents to be able to use a tag, we recommend following the instructions above to hide the tag. If you have more than 50 tags that you would like to delete, please contact support.
