Inbox Agent statuses in Live Chat

In Live Chat on the Omnichannel Widget, your customers can now see when your agents are:

  • "Active" (this status mirrors "Online" in Inbox)

  • "Away" (this status mirrors both "Busy" and "Away" in Inbox)

Inbox Agent statuses are currently enabled by default. You can hide your agents' details using the "Hide Agent Details" configuration in the Omnichannel Widget Settings.
