Your customers can now send, receive, and download attachments, including images, videos, files, and audio, both to and from Live Chat in the Omnichannel Widget.
This release enables:
- Inbox Agents to send attachments from Inbox to Live Chat in the Omnichannel Widget.
- Customers to send attachments from Live Chat in the Omnichannel Widget to Inbox.
All attachment types are previewable and downloadable on both the Omnichannel Widget and in Inbox.
Attachments are currently enabled by default on all Omnichannel Widgets. There will soon be functionality to enable and disable attachments on the Omnichannel Widget via the Settings.
