The privacy consent message that is displayed in Live Chat on the Omnichannel Widget can now be hidden by all customers.
Hide the MessageBird privacy consent message
To hide this message, follow these steps:
- Go to your Omnichannel Widget Settings
- Select the widget that you want to customize
- Navigate to the Automation & Behaviour tab
- Next to Privacy content message, toggle the button off, and you're done!
