Once you’ve resolved a customer’s ticket, you can choose to send a follow-up message to collect feedback.
- Go to the automations page in your Inbox settings
- Under Follow up actions, enter your follow-up message in the open text field
- Click Save and publish to start sending a follow-up message once a ticket has been resolved!
