Import historical Shopify information to Inbox
The Shopify plugin allows you to import your historical orders to Inbox, so you can see your customers' information in Inbox from the very first day.
Go to your Integrations page and select Shopify from the directory.
Choose Import existing customer data.
Done! The data will now be available in the conversation timeline and contact information inside Inbox.
