Display, hide or remove the Omnichannel Widget
Once you've installed your Omnichannel Widget javascript snippet, you can toggle active / inactive to either display (active) or hide (inactive) the widget in the Omnichannel Widget Settings in Inbox. Don’t forget to hit Publish to update your changes on your website.
