Auto Top-Up allows you to automatically recharge your MessageBird account with balance. However, if our system tries to charge your credit card and the payment fails, the settings for Auto Top-Up (or Auto Order) are automatically disabled. You can reactivate Auto Top-Up here in your Financial settings. Make sure to select your default payment method, otherwise, our system will only create a new invoice which still needs to be paid manually.
Please note: Auto Top-Up does not work if you have any open orders or invoices in your account. Make sure to complete all your outstanding payments, delete unpaid orders in your Financial overview, or contact our Support Team to delete any open invoices.
