You'll receive a notification email if we couldn’t collect payment on your WhatsApp Business API subscription. To avoid any disruption to your account, please take a moment to review your payment details and either update your information (correct payment details, add funds, etc.) or add a new payment method. Once updated:
- Head over to your Invoices page.
- Click Pay now on your unpaid WhatsApp Business API invoice.
- Once your payment has been received successfully, your invoice status will be updated to ✔ Processed.
