Your WhatsApp Business number through which you communicate with your customers is connected to your WhatsApp Business channel.
During the WhatsApp onboarding, a number and a display name for WhatsApp use will be requested from you. They will go for verification with WhatsApp and once approved, our team will be able to create your WhatsApp channel.
We will ask you to activate the channel with a verification code sent to your WhatsApp number. For a step by step guide on how to activate your channel, please have a look at the following article: How to activate your WhatsApp Channel?
When the channel is activated, you can start to send and receive messages.
Where can I find my active WhatsApp channel?
You can find your WhatsApp channels in your Channel Directory and click on WhatsApp.
If you have a channel already installed, the mention "Apply for access" will be changed to "Configure".
