When you sign up for using the WhatsApp Business API, you can choose from three different pricing plans: Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise. Each one works best for different types of companies.
Essentials: Everything you need to start talking to customers
This plan works best for firms that will use WhatsApp to communicate with their customers for very specific use cases (for example, reminder notifications), and plan to send small volumes of messages via WhatsApp. You can always start with Essentials and upgrade to another plan later on. Pro: A complete plan for small to medium businesses
This plan works best for small and medium firms that have multiple use cases for which so they need several Message Templates (for example, alerts, reminders, customer support, etc), and they plan to send medium to high volumes of messages via WhatsApp.
Enterprise: Communicate with your customers at scale
This plan works best for medium and big firms whose specific needs will be better met with a personalized plan. The Pro plan is ideal for firms that have numerous use cases so they need a large number of Message Templates (for example, shipping updates, issue resolution alerts, reservation updates, reminder notifications, ticket updates, customer support, etc), and they plan to send high volumes of messages via WhatsApp.
Please note that the subscriptions are on a yearly basis and will only be charged if WhatsApp approves your application.
