You already requested access but you're waiting for an update:
You’ll be able to track the status of your application in the MessageBird Dashboard.
Once your application is approved, we'll send you an email informing you that you now have WhatsApp access. You'll be contacted by a member of our Service Delivery team, who is in charge of the WhatsApp onboarding.
With the information you provided, they'll create a WhatsApp channel in your MessageBird account and connect your number. The instructions will be sent to you via email.
All you'll have to do is activate your channel and connect it to your CRM using our Conversation API to make full use of our options.
