If your forwarding flow is not forwarding your SMS (to another phone number, to your email or your webhook URL) please check the below points, before reaching out to us:

• Step 1: Check your SMS overview to see if the message was received. If the SMS was not received then there was a problem with sending a message to your virtual mobile number (VMN).
• Step 2: Was the message received, but not forwarded? Check your Flow insights to see if message successfully forwarded, if you see success move to Step 3

• If you don't see success in Insights and see an error failed, check which part of the steps failed. Check whether your flow's phone number and forwarding phone number, email address or URL are set up correctly.
• Step 3: Check your firewall settings or any other security related setup of your systems and resend.
• Step 4: If you followed all above steps and have still not received the forwarded SMS please reach out to our Support team via this page with the below information:
  • Flow Name
  • Phone number, email address or URL
  • VMN
  • Originating number
  • Since when the forwarding stopped working
