Due to restrictions in some countries, it is not always possible to send messages in a different language other than English or the selected country's main languages. For example, it's not possible to send Chinese messages to India or Mandarian messages to France. If your content is changed then make sure that is not related to the country restrictions.
You can also check that you are using the right character set. If you send a SMS in Arabic and the text received is garbled, make sure that you are using Unicode in your dashboard or API.
If above reasons were excluded already, contact our support team and provide the following information:
- Actual message content
- Screenshot of delivered message
- Recipient number
- Date/time stamp when the message was sent
