In the event that you have encountered an unknown charge on your bank statement from MessageBird, the first order of business would be to report this to your bank or payment provider.
Your bank will reach out to us directly with details regarding this fraudulent transaction so we can look into it in detail. We take these events very seriously.
Please provide your bank with as many details as possible including:
- Merchant name
- Amount of transaction
- Date & time of transaction
Once this is done, feel free to share the same information with our Support team via this page for our reference. Please also inform us if you are an existing MessageBird user so that we can flag this for your account and for your card on file.
Your bank's fraud team will handle the investigation in conjunction with our Finance team or our Payment provider to prevent this from reoccurring.
