If you find that your flow is not working you can actually do a simple check in the flow insights to see if you can resolve the issue before reaching out to support.
1. To access the Flow Insights, simply press the graph button that's below your flow.
2. Once in the Insights you can see all invocations and their corresponding statuses.
3. You can also click on an invocation to see further details; in this case, you can see what has caused the failure of this request.
