Why do we need this?
When sending SMS, different countries have different regulations. If you want to send messages to the countries below, specific approval is required and we will need to whitelist your account.

- New Zealand
Where to request access?
You can fill the approval request form or you can click on 'Request Approval' on your dashboard page:
Once you are on SMS Settings tab, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the following link:
From here, you will be led to fill out this form with the requested details:
Some more information that will help you complete the form:
- Sender ID: If you have multiple sender ID's, please add them in the Sender ID box, separated by a comma. Unsure what a Sender ID is? Check out our article What is the originator?
- Message Template: Please add your actual, expected SMS message template that you plan to send to your clients instead of simply adding “Test message” or “1234.” In case of multiple message templates please provide one sample each.
- General Information: Add your company name, company website and also share what is the purpose of your messages. Avoid adding the following words: Not available, N/A, Multiple Messages, Don’t know
What to do when you don’t have the information?
If you don’t have the information required in the approval request form we are unable to process your request.
Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, your account will be granted access within 24 hours. You will be notified via email.
