You can whitelist the below servers:
- signalling 104.199.82.179 udp 5060
- rtp 104.199.61.220 ports UDP 10000-60000
- rtp 104.199.69.60 ports UDP 10000-60000
To receive inbound calls, you can forward incoming calls in a few ways:
- To a number in E164 format (31612345678)
- To a SIP-trunk. We offer the possibility to set the same forwarding for calls received on different Numbers.
Sender number manipulation is not possible at this moment.
Forwarding an incoming call from one Number to a SIP-trunk
When you have purchased a Voice-enabled virtual mobile number, you can easily forward all incoming calls to your SIP URI using our Flow Builder. Go to Flow Builder in the Dashboard, and create a new flow or use the template ‘Forward Call’.
- Click on the ‘Phone Call’ Step and select the phone number from which you would like to forward the calls.
- Click on the ‘Forward Call’ Step and write down the SIP URI you would like to forward calls to.
Forwarding calls from multiple Numbers to a SIP-trunk
When you have purchased multiple Voice-enabled virtual mobile numbers, you can easily forward all incoming calls on different numbers to your SIP URI using the same Flow. Go to Flow Builder in the Dashboard, and create a new flow or use the template ‘Forward Call’.
- Click on the ‘Phone Call’ Step and select all the phone numbers from which you would like to forward the calls.
- Click on the ‘Forward Call’ Step and use the 'Call Recipient' variable in the 'Forward to number' field as follows: (call recipient)@<customer-siptrunk-ip>:5060. Note that <customer-siptrunk-ip> is the IP of your PBX.
Forwarding calls from your virtual Number to another number
When you have purchased a Voice-enabled virtual mobile number, you can easily forward all incoming calls to another phone number using our Flow Builder. Go to Flow Builder in the Dashboard, and create a new flow or use the template ‘Forward Call’.
- Click on the ‘Phone Call’ Step and select the phone number from which you would like to forward the calls.
- Click on the ‘Forward Call’ Step and write down the phone number you would like to forward calls to.
