A transcription is a textual representation of a recording that has speech. Our API provides an easy way to create a transcription for a recording file that was previously generated for a specific call or call leg. In this guide you can learn how to create a transcription request.
You are also able to record your calls via our API. Call recording can be enabled for both legs of the call as well as only for inbound or outbound legs. This guide will show you how to create a call flow that transfers a call to a number with call recording enabled.
