You can forward incoming calls on to number of your choice via our Flow Builder. Click on “Flow Builder” in the left hand menu in your account or go to “Numbers” and select the edit icon to the right of the number. This will take you to the Flows page where you can edit an existing Flow or create an entirely new one.
When creating a new Flow, you can select a trigger that will activate the Flow. There are two options: Incoming SMS and Incoming Phone Call. For Voice Numbers you can set up forwarding or voice messages for inbound calls.
