Once you have created your free MessageBird account, you will have automatically created a Workspace. All accounts with the same email address are linked as Workspaces and you can easily switch between them by clicking on your Workspace name in the upper right corner. If you click on your name, a dropdown menu will appear.
Click on 'Switch Workspace' and it will take you to a page where you can view all your different Workspaces and easily switch between them. With separate Workspaces you can separate information flows, messages, financing and more. An example of a situation with two different Workspaces would be if you had two completely different companies both using the MessageBird platform, but you still want to be able to easily access both accounts. Within a Workspace you can have subaccounts and users.
Please note that it can happen that when you log in, the system accidentally logs you into the wrong Workspace, so it could seem like your balance and contacts are gone. Most of the time, this can be solved by switching to another Workspace.
