Sender ID Restrictions

|Do Not Disturb||
Messages to numbers that are registered in the Do Not Disturb (DND) list will not be delivered but filtered on Operator side. Transactional messages can be sent to DND numbers 24 hours a day but registration of a Sender ID is required for this.
Promotional SMS is not allowed between 9 pm and 9 am local time. Messages sent after 9 pm will be queued and submitted at 9 am.
|Registration Sender ID||
To register a Sender ID for India, you need to choose an alpha ID of 6 characters. The word needs consist of capital characters. Example: MGBSMS.
We need to receive a signed request on your company's paper specifying the type of traffic you are planning to send including a message example. Additionally, we need your company name and a sample message. Registration of your Sender ID will take 2-3 working days.
