With 'Auto order' we will automatically create a new order for you when your balance goes below a certain amount; that way you will never run the risk of running out of balance.
- You can set this up here, or click on the name of your Workspace in the top right corner and select 'Financial' from drop-down menu → ‘Preferences’ tab.
- If the Auto order option is not displayed, it means you first need to set up your company information. To do so, just click here, or click on the name of your Workspace in the top right corner and select 'Settings' from drop-down menu → ‘General settings’ tab.
- Under 'Auto order', select 'Yes, I would like to configure an auto order' and set-up the desired amounts.
When your balance falls below the amount you chose, a new order will be automatically made and confirmed by email with a link to pay for your order. Alternatively, you can set a low-balance warning, so you are notified when your balance goes below a certain amount.
