Please keep in mind that we have placed a few restrictions on Subaccounts:
- Cannot use Voice capabilities
- Cannot configure Chat API.
- Cannot top-up its own balance.
- Cannot view messages sent by other Subaccounts.
- Cannot buy numbers or other products themselves; a user needs to assign specific numbers manually to the Subaccounts.
- The Subaccount does not maintain a billing log. If you want to know the expense of credit per Subaccount, you would need to use the main billing login combination with your messages overview from the Subaccount.
- The Subaccount has no access or overview of the numbers, messages and flows that are created and used in the original Workspace.
- Subaccounts are dedicated for one email address only.
