Please keep in mind that we have placed a few restrictions on subaccounts;
- It's not possible to configure the Chat API on a subaccount level
- It's not possible to configure Voice Calling on a subaccount level
- A subaccount can’t top-up it’s own balance.
- A subaccount can’t view messages sent by other subaccounts
- It’s not possible to buy a number or other products from within a subaccount.
- A subaccount does not maintain a billing log. If you want to know the expense of credit per subaccount, you would need to utilise the main billing login combination with your messages overview from the subaccount.
