Your invoice for a top-up will be emailed to you after you’ve paid an order. You can also always download orders and invoices in your account here.
Click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Payment and subscriptions' from the menu. Under the Invoices tab, you'll see all of your orders and invoices.
Who receives invoices?
All financial contacts listed in the dashboard receive invoices via email. You can add contacts - for example, your accountant - under Notifications. To do so, click on your Workspace name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select 'Settings' from the menu. Under 'Notifications' - 'Financial', add the data of the persons that should receive invoices; you can add additional contacts by clicking on the '+' button.
