By using an SMS-capable virtual mobile number (VMN), you can send and receive SMS through your MessageBird dashboard. You can set up a Flow to forward your replies, automate responses, and manage opt-outs.
Localise your business by selecting your Numbers’ country codes based on where your customers are. They’ll be more inclined to respond as they’re only charged their standard network rate to reply, rather than an international rate.
