Using an SMS-capable Number, you can send and receive SMS through your MessageBird account! Just go to SMS > SMS Overview.
You can view all the replies sent to your Number in your Sent SMS tab:
You can set up a Flow to forward your replies, automate responses, and manage opt outs.
Localise your business by customizing your Numbers’ country codes based on where your customers are. They’ll be more inclined to respond as they’re only charged their standard network rate to reply, rather than an international rate.
