MessageBirds messaging capabilities are based on WhatsApp's Business API.

Message types supported by WhatsApp API will be supported within MessageBird. However, if WhatsApp does not support a message type, we will display an explanation prompt on your Inbox interface.

Example: Reaction Messages

Currently, the WhatsApp Business API does not support react messages:

In case your end-user responds with a reaction message, we will show the following prompt "Received Unsupported message type 'reaction' " on your Inbox user interface:

To bypass this, you can ask your end-users to reply with a text message.
