When you send a group message, they might feel a bit generic and impersonal. But! You can actually personalise large amounts of messages with your MessageBird account. When you use personalised fields in your SMS messages, you can:
- Send customer-specific information
- Engage with your target audience
- Increase the conversion rate on your (marketing) campaigns
To be able to apply this, you need to make sure that the personalised information you want to use is stored alongside your uploaded contacts information. You can do this as you go along or at the time of importing contacts.
When your list of contacts is complete, you can use the parameters to automatically personalise your message with a name, invoice number or other information.
The fields available are:
- 4 Custom fields - These allow you to add for example an order number or other values that you want to add to your message and is number/client specific.
You won’t be able to see the personalised result for each recipient in your Overview, but an example will be viewable in there.
